An arrest report says Tyson was found asleep in a woman’s bed at her home at 2 a.m.
Tyson Foods CFO John Tyson was arrested Sunday for public intoxication and trespassing after he let himself into a stranger’s house and passed out in her bed.
The officer woke Tyson up, who briefly sat up in bed — but did not verbally respond and then laid back down and attempted to go to sleep, the preliminary arrest report said.
