Houston's De'Vion Wilson finished national runner-up in the 110-meter hurdles Friday night at the NCAA outdoor track and field championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.
Wilson, who finished last in the field in his first national appearance last year, set a school record with a time of 13.26 seconds, just edged out at the finish by Arkansas' Phillip Lemonious . Shaun Maswanganyi finished third in the 100 meters with a school record 9.91. Texas Tech's Courtney Lindsey claimed the title at 9.89, just ahead of LSU's Godson Oghenebrume.
