There is “no possibility” Russian President Vladimir Putin will win the war with Ukraine, President Joe Biden said.
Biden, speaking at a news conference in Helsinki with Finnish President Sauli Niinistö, said, “It’s not about whether they should or shouldn’t join,” referring to Ukraine. “It’s about when they can join, and they will join NATO.”
