The event featured a flag ceremony, parade and horses in honor of Independence Day. Children participated in a pig chase, chicken catch and mutton busting before a fireworks show planned for the evening. Kids scramble to catch the chickens, in the Chicken Catch competition, during the Liberty Days Celebration in Liberty, Utah, on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. The kids that catch the chickens get to keep them.
