A man died early Friday in a crash that destroyed a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority bus shelter and damaged more than a dozen cars at a Euclid dealership.
EUCLID, Ohio –
The crash happened about 3:15 a.m. and totaled four cars at the JD Byrider used car dealership and damaged 10 to 15 more, a manager toldJD Byrider shared surveillance video with cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer that shows a car flip over several times as it crashed into several vehicles and the RTA bus shelter.
A team from RTA cleaned up debris after the incident. The destroyed bus shelter will be replaced on Monday, RTA spokesman Robert Fleig said. A temporary bus shelter will be put in place over the weekend.
