A Virginia mom threatened to “bring every single gun loaded and ready” if her child was forced to wear a mask to school
. At the end of her three-minute comment period, King said, “No mask mandates. My children will not come to school on Monday with a mask on. That’s not happening, and I will bring every single gun loaded and ready.” After being reminded by a board member that her speaking time had come to an end, King added, “I’ll see y’all on Monday.”
The same day, King emailed the school board an apology, which was read aloud by a board member later in the meeting, and local law enforcement was contacted.
