Junior contemporary women’s fashion chain Dry Goods will open its first Alabama location this year in Bridge Street Town Center in Huntsville. The retailer, a subsidiary of Von Maur Department Store, currently operates 71 stores in 19 states.
Other stores were announced for Murfreesboro, Tenn.; Columbia, S.C.; Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Victor, N.Y.; Noblesville, Ind.; Liberty Township, Ohio; Rogers, Ark., and Wichita, Kan.
The brand was created to harken back to the first Von Maur Dry Goods store in 1872, “to bring our tradition of customer service to a new generation of younger, fashion-forward customers,” Lindsay Caltagirone, vice president of stores for Dry Goods, said.If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.
