CLEVELAND, Ohio — It will be warm, at least by winter standards, in Northeast Ohio this week. But the forecast is also calling for rain and a chance of snow.

Tuesday’s forecast is cloudy with a high near 53. It will be windy, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Tuesday night rain showers are expected after 1 a.m., with a low around 44.
