“I feel so excited because Imy outfit, and I’m already loving my hair, and my makeup, and my nails,” says Cabello as makeup artist Patrick Ta gives her a fresh-faced glow and a set of smoldering smoky eyes.
“Since I’ve become more interested and inspired by fashion and gone on my own journey, I realize how much it really is a form of expression,” says Cabello. “[It] can be used to communicate what’s important to you, what makes you feel strong, what makes you feel confident, what makes you feel grounded.
