Chaos erupted Sunday during Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition with John Gotti III at FLA Live Arena.
After the fight was called, Gotti ran around the ref and tried to keep fighting Mayweather. That’s when the chaos started. There were reported fights in the crowd, too.
Gotti, 30, held a 5-1 MMA record and a 2-0 record as a professional boxer. Gotti is the grandson of infamous former New York mob boss John Gotti. Mayweather retired from boxing in 2017, but he’s been competing in exhibition bouts. He fought Logan Paul in a fight in 2021.. He can be heard on “The Opening Kickoff” on WNSP-FM 105.5 FM in Mobile or on the free Sound of Mobile App from 6 to 9 a.m. daily.
