She will likely focus on a grant of $83 million from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, which authorizes a pipeline to move water from the reservation to its Pima-Maricopa Irrigation Project Facility, according to a report.Her address is part of the Biden administration's"Investing in America" tour. Harris is scheduled to begin speaking at 3:55 p.m. EDT.
