Waller has been gaining more power than ever, even taking over the Hall of Justice and renaming it the "Hall of Order". Now, Waller has turned her attention to an entire nation, and preparing for her war on the superhero community, she's looking to create a prison that'll hold every enemy she defeats.
Amanda Waller Makes Her Move For "Absolute Power" In The DCU The Suicide Squad has always been Amanda Waller's answer to most problems. Now, the team has received a major power boost with the addition of Dreamer, a character who is able to view the future through dreams, as well as being able to view the dreams of others. Amanda Waller has forced Dreamer to join the Suicide Squad, in order to increase Waller's chances of success with her dark anti-superhero plans.
