911 dispatchers now classified as emergency responders
The role of 911 dispatchers is often overlooked when it comes to their involvement with traumatic, life or death situations.
CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports from Chicago's Office of Emergency Management with more on the change and what it means.
