“We Ready,” has withstood the test of time across the past two decades and is consistently played before sporting events from the high school level up to pros.
“The man who gave us ‘We Ready,’ the greatest Game Day anthem ever, has passed away at 37-years-old,” former Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Robert Griffin III tweeted. “Rest in Peace Archie Eversole. Prayers up to his family and loved ones.”
