Kevin Wilson is a 14-year-old student that was aboard a school bus when it crashed Tuesday in West Virginia, injuring more than a dozen students.

Wind advisory for Wayne, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, and Yates County from 5pm Sunday until 2pm Monday. Gusts could reach 50 mph.

Doctors believe the teen has a 50% chance of losing his right leg. According to James Wilson, even if surgeons save his great-grandson's leg now, doctors believe the leg may need to be amputated later in life. He and his wife said they're on fixed income and take turns sleeping at their daughter's home in Huntington.

James Wilson described Kevin Wilson as strong-minded, intelligent and popular. The Wilson family said he has at least another two weeks in the ICU and doesn't know if he will be able to return to school this year.
