The holiday was created to celebrate the work of St. Patrick,to Ireland. Irish immigrants to the United States transformed St. Patrick’s Day into a largely secular holiday of revelry and celebration of things Irish.
With the Shamrock clock ticking down to March 17, we want to help you find the best place to celebrate with authentic food, drink and “craic” -- Gaelic for “fun.” We’re looking for a local pub with a Celtic soul, one that embraces its Irish heritage year-round. So, where do you most love hoisting a pint on Saint Patrick’s Day -- or any other day of the year? Tell us where to find the best Irish Pub in Northeast Ohio., but we need more! We will choose the top 10 finalists based on your endorsements, so to be assured your favorite pub makes the list, send us your nomination today.Email the name of the Irish pub you believe is the best place to celebrate St.
