Police are investigating and officers will be deployed to all Wickliffe schools as a safety precaution.
According to police, the threat was made on the social media platform Snapchat, but they did not say when it was received or who sent it.“We do not believe the threat is credible at this time,” police officials stated on the department’s Facebook page. “However, we will have a police presence at all the schools.”
School officials sent a recorded message out to all parents of students Sunday evening and the matter remains under investigation.
