Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy comments on the possibility of Mark Hamill's Force ghost appearing in Daisy Ridley's Star Wars: New Jedi Order.
Will Luke's Force ghost appear in Star Wars: New Jedi Order, Lucasfilm's Kathleen Kennedy responds. Legendary Jedi Luke Skywalker had been one of, if not the primary protagonist of the franchise since it started back in the '70s. Luckily, despite his death in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Mark Hamill can continue to appear as the character thanks to the concept of Force ghosts.
