The Texas Attorney General's Office said 46-year-old Norman Ashby owned Ashby Signature Homes and for several years collected millions of dollars in cash from customers to build homes. The AG's Office says Ashby then used that money for his personal projects and the alleged fraud exceeds $10 million.
