New details have been released in the case against a west Alabama woman accused of intentionally, and fatally, running over her ex-husband.. Both lived in Demopolis.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency responded to the scene and found a man trapped under a vehicle. He was taken to DCH Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Charging documents against Quintana in murder case state that Quintana told troopers Melton had exited her vehicle after she turned off to cross the interstate. “Suspect stated she turned the car back to cross the interstate to pick him back up, and somehow he ended up underneath the car,” according to the deposition.
