Patricia Conlon told police she shot her daughter's boyfriend, Joshua Troutte, after a domestic violence incident, according to an arrest warrant.
Conlon’s daughter told police she and Troutte had been in “an ongoing domestic disturbance” since December 2021, the affidavit says.She said she had asked her mom to come to the home that day to help her pack her things and leave because she was injured in a physical altercation with Troutte the previous day, police wrote in the affidavit. No official report was made on that incident.
Conlon initially told police the gun was in her purse but later confirmed she came into the home with the firearm in her hand, the affidavit says.Advertisement
