Alexandra Davis, the woman who says she is Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ biological daughter, filed a defamation lawsuit against him Monday.
The lawsuit, filed by Alexandra Davis in U.S. district court, accuses Jones of executing a “false and purposeful character assassination attack” on her after sheAlso listed as defendants in the lawsuit are Cowboys spokesman James Wilkinson; Wilkinson’s employer TrailRunner International; Jones’ friend and attorney Donald Jack Jr.; and the Dallas Cowboys.
The lawsuit alleges Jones and the others carried out a plan “centered upon attacking his own daughter in the world-wide public domain as an ‘extortionist’ and a ‘shakedown artist’” by making false statements and accusations to discredit her character.
