Honor Flight San Antonio is a nonprofit organization who says their mission is to take every willing and able hero to see the memorials in the nation’s capital.

The group is made up of World War II, Korean War and Vietnam veterans who will visit the nation’s capital for the very first time. Although it is a trip of a lifetime, it is not all joy and excitement. The heroes remember friends who were killed in action.Despite different generations, different wars, their experiences all fill one flight. They’ve fulfilled their call to duty, as the veterans still have an unwavering amount of honor, courage and commitment.
