Police said that Carter Banks, known online as BigBankz, has been charged with criminal and defiant trespassing
West Mifflin Police Chief Gregory McCulloch told KDKA that there were security guards at the mall, but that Banks and his team somehow slipped past them.
“We are going to arrest you,” he said. “We are going to file charges against you and we are going to follow through with them.
