Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed on 60 Minutes Sunday night that Russian President Vladimir Putin may start World War III.“There is no trust in such a person because he has not been a human being for a long time.” Zelensky claimed Putin is a “second Hitler” and will continue invading countries if he is not stopped in Ukraine.“If Ukraine falls, what will happen in 10 years? Just think about it. If [the Russians] reach Poland, what’s next? A Third World War?”
Zelensky made the appearance on 60 Minutes ahead of expected meetings at the White House and the Capitol.“What will the United States of America do when Putin reaches the Baltic states? When he reaches the Polish border? He will.” Zelensky claimed Putin “has not been a human being for a long time,” and said Ukraine is defending the world’s values.Instead, he claimed Putin threatens the possibility of a nuclear war in Europe.“He is waiting for the United States to become less stable. He thinks that’s going to happen during the US election.
