for Zendaya, their latest interview had the pair discussing the possibility of bringing Timothée Chalamet to the MCU., both Tom and Zendaya gave their support for casting Timothée as a possible Marvel bad guy. Zendaya noted that people have theorized how Timothée would make a great Green Goblin, adding, “I think he would be a good friend of Spider-Man. Or a foe of Spider-Man.”
Tom took the possible casting idea a step further, suggesting, "I think it would be good to bring him in as a [friend] and then he kind of becomes bad, and then he can be a villain. He'd be a good villain." A corruption arc? Yes, sign us up. Zendaya was also quick to agree that the choice of casting would be especially funny, "cause [Timothée's] so nice.
