Edward Hernandez Aguilar was charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and failure to stop and give information. He is being held on $323,500 bail. But as the Expedition drove off, the Dodge got in front of the SUV again and forced it stop again, this time with no way around the pickup as there was a concrete barrier in the way.
As one of the women struggled to keep the door closed, the 17-year-old struck Aguilar with a fishing pole through the open window. Aguilar, while bleeding from the blows, grabbed the fishing pole and threw it on the ground.
