Columbus police said they went to the 1900 block of Denune Avenue around 1:39 p.m. Friday after a report of a shooting. They found 32-year-old Raphael Jones, who had been shot. A medic took him to a hospital where he died an hour later. Witnesses told detectives that Sir Robert Martin-Sydnor, 28, fired the gunshot during an argument, according to charging documents.Officers are searching for Martin-Sydnor. They found an inoperable vehicle belonging to him near where the shooting happened and detectives believe he may be homeless.Anyone with information regarding the shooting can contact Detective Polgar at 645-4196 or [email protected] or call Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 461-TIPS .
