Bally’s has given Tribune Publishing notice it must relocate its River West printing plant to make way for a casino.
on the land with Chicago-based Oak Street Real Estate Capital, raising up to $500 million to help build the casino complex.
As part of the lease, Bally’s is required to help Tribune Publishing find a comparable printing location. The lease rate will play a role in determining viable options.
