Make your own wine at home for $2.5 million.

Gene Ivester

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house would be great for a home winemaker or someone who is interested in selling wine, said listing agent Carolyn Roberts. She said she’s surprised the current owner was able to get the wine permit it has in a residential neighborhood, but unfortunately, the home still can’t host public tastings.

Still, the winery spans 1,100 square feet and is fully licensed with a 250-case permit. While you can’t host public tastings, there’s a room built for private entertaining. Roberts said the current owner also has a wine inventory they would be willing to include in the sale of the property.Gene Ivester
