The festival will bring beer, wine and music by Paisley, REO Speedwagon, Scotty McCreery, Sara Evans, Night Ranger, Colt Ford and more to Lake Skinner Regional Park in Winchester May 19-21, 2023.
Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival
will return in 2023 to celebrate its 40th anniversary with live performances from Brad Paisley, REO Speedwagon, Scotty McCreery and more. The multi-faceted fest will take place at the Lake Skinner Regional Park and Recreation Area in Winchester from 3–10 p.m. Friday, May 19; 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, May 20; and 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, May 21.
Three-day general admission tickets are $120 and three-day tickets with access to the Chardonnay section at the main stage are $425. The three-day VIP tickets, including access to VIP sections at the main stage, catered dinners on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Sunday and four complimentary drinks per day, are $760. Camping packages are $2,500, and hotel packages are $2,800.
