Cut the flesh of one avocado into cubes and set aside. In a blender, purée the remaining avocados with the sparkling water, oil, ice, and salt and black pepper to taste. Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with the reserved avocado, basil, radishes, toasts, merkén, more oil, and flaky salt.
