Canandaigua, N.Y. (WHAM) — A convicted rapist from Ontario County allegedly hired a hitman to kill the public officials who sent him to jail.

A jury convicted Alexander Kise, 21, of Canandaigua, of rape and other charges March 15, after prosecutors said he held a victim captive for two days, sexually assaulted, injured and threatened her in June 2022."There was actually very affirmative actions taken on behalf of Alexander Kise by his girlfriend and others," Assistant District Attorney Kelly Wolford said.
"The pills were used to finance the murder for hire, so they had given the pills as down payment for the murder for the judge," she said. According to court paperwork, the defendants shared information about what their targets looked like, where they worked and where they lived.
