The bridge over the creek bed on the 3400 block of Sacramento Drive, San Luis Obispo, where police say the couple was hit by a car.A couple and their dog were found dead in a creek bed after being struck by a car on a residential San Luis Obispo street, police say.
The following day, San Luis Obispo police investigated a report of a dead dog in the creek bed near the collision site. The deceased animal was found, but the owners could not be contacted and plans were made to transfer the dog to animal control.
