The sale of the building was approved last month by the court-appointed receiver of the Harrisburg School District, Lori Suski.The school district provided the following statement: “The action taken at last month’s Board & Receiver’s Business Meeting will allow for the next steps of the approval process to occur with Dauphin County Court. The District is working towards that end with its legal team.”
At this time, the project is pending submission for approval from the Harrisburg Zoning and Hearing Board, Fernandez said.
