A woman reported Sept. 14 that a man came into Silk Body Boutique and stole her cell phone. After officers located the suspect in the area holding a can of beer, he became belligerent and threw a rotten tomato and loose change at them. He also spit at an officer and had to have a spit mask placed over his face.
