CLEVELAND, Ohio - A 17-year-old Cleveland boy pleaded not guilty to a total of 10 criminal charges in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court in connection with the Euclid police chase which ended in the death of an innocent bystander.

Euclid Police Captain Mitch Houser said on Sunday, March 17, the city’s FLOCK camera system notified officers a stolen Jeep was in the area of of North Lakeland Boulevard and East 222nd Street.
