A community is still looking for answers after a chase by Euclid Police ended in a deadly crash on East 156th Street.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - Now her friends are remembering the kind of person she was.“Just a beautiful person,” says Dwayne Carter.
Armstrong, Carter, and Monica were friends with Wall from church. They all met at the New Life Cathedral Church in Cleveland. “She was a beautiful loving person. She always talked about her grandkids and different things like that,” says Monica.Cleveland City Councilman Michael Polensek says the Wall was, an innocent bystander in her car at the time of the crash.
Wall’s friends say she was on her way to a second church service when the stolen Jeep crashed into her. “It has been devastating, numb because she was just in church that morning and for this to happen, everybody is just numb right now,” says Armstrong.“We just did a sneaker ball together for the new year. She did the whole candy table and helped with the decorations,” says Armstrong.“She loved her grandchildren. She loved her children,” says Carter.“I met Michelle two years ago doing my hair.”“She actually did my wife’s hair,” says Carter.
