A group of around 50 people gathered to remember the life of Chantel Worley, the 29-year-old bicyclist struck and killed Dec. 30 at an intersection in Harrisburg.

Friends and family were among those who braved the chilly January weather to remember a spot of warmth and joy.

Mark Pynes | pennlive.com“She made many friends I did not have the privilege of meeting until today,” Trisha said. “Thank you for coming today.”

“She didn’t want to follow the rules. She chose to be homeless—it is because of her love for her friends,” Trisha said.“We are not bitter. We are Christians, and we pray he can forgive himself.”
