For younger buyers, getting into a home has become a perhaps insurmountable challenge, and the issue of workers unable to afford a place to live could have widespread economic impacts.
Real estate agents have long focused on this issue, including fighting for the health of a state fund designed to help with housing affordablility. As part of our real estate coverage this week, we asked agents what else they think should be done.Stop the hedge funds from buying speculative homes. They are destroying out markets and communities.
