by Geoff Pender, Mississippi Today October 28, 2022 County circuit clerks' offices will be open from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 29, for the start of in-person absentee voting for the Nov. 8 general election. The last day for in-person absentee voting is Saturday, Nov. 5, when clerk's offices will also be open from 8 a.m. to noon. All mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked by Nov.
