New Intel 13th Gen Core Mobile CPUs will bring more cores, faster memory and gobs of high-speed connectivity.
These beefy mobile CPU options will be powering desktop replacement and gaming laptops that in general will have discrete graphics engines on board, so Intel only enabled the HX series with a a cut down 32 Execution Unit integrated Xe Graphics engine. Here’s a look at the entire Intel 13th Gen Core Mobile HX family...
As you can see, Intel is making bold performance claims for its 13th Gen Core HX-series, with up to a 79% performance lift versus its previous-gen HK 12th Gen Core series, and even larger gains over AMD’s Ryzen 9 6900HX. In addition, Intel is claiming 13th Gen Core HX-Series mobile CPUs will deliver up to 12 percent faster gaming performance.
