Overview The Arizona Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are repairing the pavement on Interstate 10 between milepost 105 and Junction State Route 85 in Maricopa County, west of Buckeye.

Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for lane restrictions along eastbound Interstate 10 in Buckeye for pavement preservation work. The following restrictions will occur from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, Aug. 14 and ending Wednesday, Aug. 23.:The speed limit will be reduced to 45 mph.The following I-10 overpass restrictions will occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:overpass will be reduced to one lane with alternating traffic control via temporary traffic signalsA 12-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
