Kelly Clarkson attends the 25th annual Critics' Choice Awards at Barker Hangar on Jan. 12, 2020 in Santa Monica, Calif.She took to Twitter on Wednesday to defend actress Valerie Bertinelli, who shared an Instagram comment calling the cooking show host "so chubby."
Bertinelli wasn't too fazed by the nasty remark, and instead thanked the hater for "reminding me I’m so much more than my body." Clarkson loved the positive energy, and commended Bertinelli for taking the high road. “True power is recognizing the projection of others negativity & punching it square n the face w/all the positive, remarkable, intelligent, beautiful light that seeps from ur pores,” she wrote in response to the actress' post. “Pity people that speak ill of others because while some of us r dancing, the others r too afraid.”See the full interaction below.
