A four-car crash sent five people to the hospital Wednesday morning in the Gage Park on the Southwest Side.

The crash happened around 6 a.m., prompting a pin-in response from firefighters in the 5100 block of South Western Avenue, officials said.

Two people were listed in serious condition and were taken to Stroger Hospital and the University of Chicago Medical Center, according to CFD.Another person was taken to St. Bernard Hospital in fair condition, officials said.Advertisement
