Retired college professor Rita Ramirez-Dean is one of four challengers taking on a pair of Republican incumbents in the June 7 primary election for the new Assembly District 34.Ramirez-Dean previously ran for Congress in 2012, 2016 and 2018, along with the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors in 2020.
