” : The editorial headline is correct. The camping law does leave much to be desired, but let’s tread lightly and be optimistic that at last the legislative branch has paid attention to you and me, and begun to manage the homeless crisis.
That’s a signal improvement over the incompetence we’ve suffered while the initiative was being mismanaged in the executive branch. Better half-a-loaf than no bread at all.
