"I can relate to him so much because that's how my career was. Growing up in this league, starting out as an undrafted rookie, being the last pick with the Eagles my rookie year and making practice squad and then just being cut several times. "He can connect with so many different guys on so many different levels, and that's what you want to see out of a head coach."
