The State Administration for Market Regulation said Tesla has filed its recall plan, which will apply over-the-air software updates to more than 1.1 million cars produced between early 2019 and April this year. They include imported Model S, Model X and Model 3 cars, as well as Model 3 and Model Y vehicles manufactured in China.
