Despite his youthful looks and exuberance, he's a serious designer who has been shaping cars for many years for some of the biggest brands and most iconic nameplates in the world.A Southern California native and self described"surf rat," Jenkins parlayed an early passion for cars into a bachelor's degree from the prestigious Art Center College of Design's transportation program.
